Meet the Pastor

Pastor Al Nolan has been the senior pastor in Kenwood, Pennsylvania since September 2019. He was born and raised in South Dakota where his parents owned and operated a farm. As a teenager, he felt the call into ministry. In 2007, he started his ministry with the Church of the Nazarene where he led Bible studies, worked as a youth sponsor, and preached. The following year he graduated from college with a Bachelor of Arts in Ministerial Studies and a Youth Concentrate. Since then, he has ministered in North and South Dakota, California, Minnesota, and Pennsylvania. His desire is for people to grow closer to God, deepening their relationship with Him and being obedient to the Lord’s leading.

His wife, Jenny, has been a stay-at-home mom homeschooling their 3 sons since 2013. Originally from Wisconsin, Jenny was raised in a pastor’s family. She graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and minors in drama and business management. Both Pastor Al and Jenny enjoy participating in theater when their schedules allow. As a family, they enjoy watching movies, playing board & card games, and playing mini-golf.
