What should I wear?

Come just as you are. You’ll find a variety of styles from casual to dressy. Some men wear nice t-shirts, polos, or button-up shirts. Others come in a suit and tie. The women sometimes wear dresses or skirts while others wear nice pants and a blouse.

How long are the services?

Our Sunday morning service starts at 10:30 and finishes between 11:30 and 12. Our Sunday and Wednesday evening services are an hour long.

What are the services like?

The Sunday morning worship service begins with announcements, prayer, and singing followed by the pastor’s message. Our songs are a mix of hymns and praise songs. Communion is taken on a quarterly basis as well as at holidays. We do not practice closed communion; all are welcome to partake.

Am I required to donate money?

Donations are not required. However, if you’d like to give, our offering box is located in the back of the sanctuary. You may place cash or a check (made payable to Kenwood Church of the Nazarene) in the box at any time.

Do you have anything available for kids?

An unstaffed nursery is available for infants and young children. Currently, we do not have a separate class for kids during services. However, we do have Sunday School available for all ages starting at 9:30 on Sunday mornings.
